Alan Kratenstein

A longtime New Yorker, Dr. Alan Kratenstein operates a private dental surgery practice in Staten Island. He studied chemistry as an undergraduate at the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he received a bachelor of science. Afterward, he studied dental surgery at New York University School of Dentistry and earned a doctor of dental surgery. Dr. Alan Kratenstein subsequently established his private practice in 1989 and since then has offered general, family, and cosmetic dentistry to the community. He is board certified in both New York and New Jersey and has completed more than 600 hours of continuing education. Additionally, Dr. Kratenstein is a member of the American Dental Association.

When he's not working, Dr. Alan Kratenstein enjoys watching the play of local sports teams, including the New York Mets and the New York Rangers. He also likes the music of Billy Joel and has gone to many of his concerts over the years.
