Experienced Greater Boston Real Estate Professional Shannah Hall Franckum

Educated at Fordham University in New York City, Shannah Hall Franckum has led as principal of the Cambridge Real Estate Company since 2002. She began her career in the mid-1970s as a research assistant to the director of practice development and management consulting at the New York City accounting firm of Touche Ross & Co. Shannah Hall Franckum went on to report to the director of space business consulting as a research consultant at KMG Main Hurdman. There, her duties included a range of administrative functions as well as managing the daily operations of the office when the director was away.



Relocating to the greater Boston area in the mid-1980s, Shannah Hall Franckum assumed responsibilities first as president/director of leasing for Cambridge Development and Investment Associates (CDIA) and later as director of retail leasing for the Commercial Division of Hammond Real Estate. Ms. Franckum's accomplishments with CDIA include spearheading the leasing of the Porter Exchange Building, a retail space primarily catering to the Japanese community and those appreciative of Japanese products and culture.
