Michael Saei

Working in the petroleum and convenience industry for the past four decades, Michael Saei is principal of First Financial Capital (FFC), LLC, based out of Los Angeles, California. At the equity-based, direct portfolio lender, he provides capital to the commercial real estate industry. FFC also offers client-specific services, including short-term financing and real estate investing. Since founding the firm in 2003, Michael Saei has helped to double loan portfolios each year.

Before starting FFC, Michael Saei spent two years as senior director of acquisition and finance for Tower Energy Group. In this role, he helped the energy group during numerous acquisitions and restructure its debts. He also worked as senior vice president and director of national sales for Franchise Mortgage Acceptance Company (FMAC). At FMAC, he brought in more than $1 billion in financing during his four-year tenure.

Michael Saei began his professional career at Enterprise Financial Group where he was managing partner. He spent 20 years at this company where he represented a variety of petroleum companies, including Mobil, Texaco, British Petroleum, Shell Oil Company, and Exxon. While there, he received an award from the Shell Oil Company for highest sales and inception into the Special Business Study Foundation as a lifetime member.
