Sarat Sabharwal

Drawing upon two decades of medical experience, Dr. Sarat Sabharwal is an Orlando, Florida-based urologist and cosmetic surgeon who specializes in robotic surgery, liposuction, prostate cancer treatment, and erectile dysfunction treatment, to name a few. Dr. Sarat Sabharwal has provided his services to patients at the Orlando VA Medical Center as its section chief of urology since 2016 and is also an affiliated physician with Health Orlando, Inc.

Prior to working at the Orlando VA Medical Center, Dr. Sarat Sabharwal practiced with Florida Urology Associates, Midwest Urological Group, and Affiliated Urology Specialists. He also served as an assistant professor of surgery at the University of Illinois College of Medicine.

Dr. Sabharwal earned his doctor of medicine from the University of Iowa and a bachelor's degree in biology from Drake University. He completed residencies in general surgery and urology at the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo and studied robotic surgery at Johns Hopkins and the University of California. He has authored numerous research-backed studies throughout his career and earned first place for a Toledo Surgical Society paper presentation.
