Bruce A. Willey (Iowa)

Leveraging over 20 years of experience as an attorney and accountant, Bruce A. Willey provides strategic tax solutions and education as a consultant with American Tax Law Planning, LLC. In addition, through the law firm he launched in 1996, Bruce A. Willey represents individual and business clients in cases brought to appeals and tax courts by the Internal Revenue Service, prepares income tax returns, and designs business exit and succession plans, among other services.

A Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Academy of Attorney-CPAs, Mr. Willey spent seven years at the University of Iowa, where he earned his bachelor of business administration and his juris doctor, which was granted with distinction.

When he isn't helping clients with tax-related concerns, Mr. Willey enjoys staying active through skiing and coaching youth football and basketball. His other pastimes include reading, traveling, and following Iowa Hawkeyes wrestling. He has also served as a scoutmaster for Boy Scouts of America.
