Demetria Katsanos

Demetria Katsanos has served as director of operations of Home & Escape Designs since 2015, directing staffing levels and training in the firm that designs living spaces for both day to day and vacation residences. Leveraging experience built throughout her career as well as a degree in business management from Boston College, Demetria Katsanos has made her mark on the company, expanding her responsibilities to include building enterprise partnerships and budgetary oversight.

In her spare time, Ms. Katsanos is utilizing her career experience to write a book detailing strategies to increase the number of women in business in the private sector, particularly at the management and executive levels.

A lifelong tennis player, Ms. Katsanos competed from a young age, and continues to play and follow the sport. While she is a fan of Maria Sharapova, Rodney George Laver remains her idol. In addition to playing tennis, she enjoys playing golf and watching baseball games.
