Jill Bechard

A former educator and educational administrator, Jill Bechard holds a bachelor of science in English education from the State University of New York. She also holds a permanent teaching certification through the State of New York. During her career in education, Jill Bechard gained valuable administrative experience as the chairman of the English Department for New York State’s Monroe-Woodbury Central School District.

Jill Bechard subsequently expanded into the financial services industry, serving tenures as President and senior vice president Planning and Marketing of Nevada Federal and One Arizona Credit Union as well as Chief Executive Officer with the Virginia Financial Service Partners CUSO.

She most recently completed her 10 year term as President and Chief Executive Officer of United Local Credit Union in Fresno, California. Ms. Bechard’s responsibilities with United Local encompassed all aspects of organizational policy making and governance in areas that ranged from risk assessment and budgeting to lending, brand development and human resources.
