Robert Yanik

The recipient of an associate of applied arts degree in marketing and management from the University of Akron, Robert Yanik leverages over 30 years of construction sales experience as a sales manager for Organic Depot of Aguanga, California. Since joining the company in 2014, Robert Yanik has been tasked with soliciting new accounts, finding outlets for the company's organic finished materials, and managing mandatory regulation reporting.

Robert Yanik previously served 30 years as head of sales and marketing for another California construction company. In addition to identifying new business opportunities, he helped create tight project budgets through exhaustive estimation of materials, pricing, and project labor. He also served two years as a foreman for Baker Neal Construction.

Before graduation, Mr. Yanik worked as a finisher for Garland Floor Company and as a member of the cleaning crew for Albert Screen Print. His first job was as a paper boy from 1971 until 1976, during which time he delivered the Akron Beacon Journal seven days a week.
