We’re seeking a motivated, and talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic Global Operations team for a 6 month FTC. This role will report to the Global Head of Insurance Operations and work across multiple departments (Customer Engagement, Claims, Insurance Services and Operations) to design and deliver a programme of work focused on efficiency. They will analyse, document, and improve our business processes while contributing to strategic projects that drive our company forward.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to document existing processes and establish performance baselines
Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to gather requirements
Identify and analyze business problems, recommend solutions and develop and deliver projects
Lead process improvement initiatives from conception through implementation
Work closely with our business and engineering teams to ensure operational requirements are incorporated into solutions
Implement solutions using low-code platforms and automation tools when needed
Oversee the program of work, with support from the Operations team
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent documentation and process mapping abilities
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record of implementing process improvements
Experience with project management methodologies
Experience implementing automated and AI-enabled solutions
Lean Six Sigma qualification or experience preferred
Qualifications in project management, data analysis and/or business analysis required
Experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Zapier, UiPath)
Experience as a business analyst in the insurance industry
