We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Support Assistant to join our team and provide outstanding customer service while ensuring smooth operations across our online platforms. As an E-Commerce Support Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to product orders, shipping, returns, and more. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers through multiple channels such as email, chat, or phone.

Product Guidance: Assist customers with product inquiries, helping them select the best products based on their needs.

Return & Refund Handling: Address return and refund requests, ensuring all processes are followed accurately.

Data Entry & Maintenance: Manage and update product information, inventory levels, and customer records in the system.

Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, sales, and product teams to ensure smooth customer interactions.

Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and work with the team to implement improvements in processes and services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce support is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to assist both technical and non-technical customers.

Technical Skills: Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and CRM systems (experience with tools like Shopify, Zendesk, or similar is a plus).

Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer issues effectively, demonstrating a proactive approach to resolving problems.
