What Youâll Do as a Team Lead:

â       Lead a team of 2â4 developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery and collaboration.

â       Oversee ongoing development and support of the product solution, focusing on frontend logic and markup.

â       Work on complex frontend tasks, including RTC, WebSockets, Graphs, and Grids.

â       Guide the team through technical product improvements, requirement analysis, and brainstorming sessions.

â       Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

â       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with product goals.

What Weâre Looking For:

â       7+ years of experience in commercial Frontend Development, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.

â       Expertise in:

â       HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors.

â       React/Redux and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

â       REST API Integration Experience

â       Knowledge of TypeScript and Ant Design.

â       Ability to communicate effectively in English at an Intermediate level or higher.

Itâs Nice to Have:

â       Experience with WebSockets, and WebRTC integrations.

â       PDF Generation Experience

â       Familiarity with tools like JIRA (including Tempo and Pivot Table) and Confluence.

â       Experience working in Agile SDLC environments.

â       Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, e.g., CodeBuild/CodePipeline.
