At ENDVR, we’re focused on empowering the world’s best action sport, optical, outdoor and lifestyle brands to connect with in-store associates. We’re the digital platform focused on sales in the physical world, and we make it easy for brands to engage with retail sales associates to drive sales, share product knowledge, promote their brand, and gather data to measure success in real-time. 

Our development team is growing, and we’re looking for a Jr. Software Engineer to join help us elevate our reporting capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Own the development of our reporting system end-to-end including scoping, architecting, coding, testing, and rolling out features.

• Work closely with other developers to ideate solutions to business reporting problems, generating creative technical solutions that follow coding and architecture standards.

• Build customized reports tailored to fit the needs of the business Follow database design and performance best practices to optimize our reporting system, making changes as needed.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 1+ years of experience working on an engineering team in a development role.

• Experience working with MongoDB to build reports from scratch.

• Experience working with Javascript frameworks (e.g. Node.js, Express.js).

• A high level of empathy with an ability to put yourself in the shoes of our users.

• Curiosity, proactivity, positive attitude toward figuring out, and learning new things.

• A dynamic and solution-oriented mindset with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• You are a great communicator, good at presenting ideas and discussing solutions, and demonstrate excellent English verbal and written.
