About The Role

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator at G2, you’ll work closely with our stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maintain existing processes and bring new automation and data connections to Salesforce as part of an Agile team. You’ll play a key role in solving product-related problems, making decisions, trade-off analysis for business deliverable commitments, and design and maintain all aspects of Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, CLM, Service Cloud, etc.). Additionally, you’ll keep Salesforce Platform up to date and secure at all times.  This role will work cross-functionally with other teams in the Revenue Org and with stakeholders across G2.

Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.

In This Role, You Will: 

Deliver all Salesforce projects effectively and on time:

  • Capture business needs and requirements from users of Salesforce & key business stakeholders

  • Proactively seek areas for improvement

  • Document updates in Wiki

Keep the Salesforce case queue to bare minimum by completing them all as per SLAs:

  • Responsible for escalations needed for cases

  • Help hold team accountable for SLA’s

  • Look for ways to improve case-handling processes

Build analytics to track the health and growth of Salesforce:

  • Assist in creation of Product Adoption Health Metrics

  • Own V2MOM scorecard for Salesforce

  • Subject matter expert on data pipeline & fields within and connected to Salesforce

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Administrator or Developer of Salesforce on an Agile team, taking epics and turning them into user story requirements and detailed acceptance criteria

  • 3+ years working as a translator and delivery admin of Internal and External needs for Salesforce requirements/implementations

  • Experience with CPQ and CLM

  • Salesforce Admin or Developer certification or equivalent experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Process Automation, CLM, and E-signature

  • Demonstrated ability to organize and communicate vast amounts of complexity in writing at a startup pace

  • Have delivered automation and functionality by collaborating cross-functionally across key stakeholders
